Refund & Cancellation

At Chique Belle, we are committed to ensuring customer satisfaction by offering premium jewelry, watches, and luxury goods. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, please refer to the following policy for cancellations, returns, and refunds.

1. Cancellations

Before Shipment:

  • Orders can be canceled within 6 hours of placing the order, provided they have not been shipped.
  • To request a cancellation, contact our customer support team at support@chiquebelle.com with your order number.
  • A full refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5-6 business days.

After Shipment:

  • Once an order has been shipped, cancellations are no longer possible. However, you may proceed with a return request upon receiving the item.

2. Refunds

Eligibility for Refunds:

  • Refund requests can be made within 15 days of receiving the product.
  • Items must be in their original condition, unused, and unworn, with all packaging and tags intact.
  • Non-eligible items:
    • Products showing signs of wear or damage due to customer handling.
    • Customized, engraved, or special-order items (unless defective).

Refund Process:

  • To initiate a refund, contact us at support@chiquebelle.com with your order details.
  • Upon receipt of the returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets refund eligibility criteria.
  • Refunds will be processed within 5-6 business days and credited to the original payment method. Depending on your payment provider, refunds may take 2-3 days to reflect in your account.

Non-Refundable Items:

  • Gift cards
  • Customized or engraved products
  • Items purchased on clearance or during special promotions (unless faulty)

3. Returns

Return Process:

  • Returns are accepted within 15 days of receiving the product.
  • Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
  • To initiate a return, email us at support@chiquebelle.com, and we will provide instructions.

Return Shipping:

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or incorrect.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure the safe return of your item.

4. Exchanges

  • Exchanges are available for a different size or product within 5 days of receiving your order.
  • Items must be in their original condition and packaging.
  • Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the desired item is unavailable, a refund will be issued per our refund policy.

5. Damaged or Defective Products

  • If you receive a damaged or defective item, please notify us within 2 days of delivery at support@chiquebelle.com.
  • We will arrange a return and provide a replacement or full refund, including shipping costs.
